When you submit our workflow intake, we collect the contact, business, tool, budget, and workflow details you choose to provide. We also use limited technical information to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, recommend a practical next step, communicate with you, provide requested services, improve our process, and protect the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and service providers
Information may be processed and stored by the hosting, database, communication, and business tools needed to operate AutomatorCrew. We limit access to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
Retention and security
We keep intake information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. No online system is risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards and do not store raw visitor IP addresses with intake submissions.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your intake information, or ask us not to contact you again. Email hello@automatorcrew.com with the subject “Privacy request” so we can verify and handle it.
